Easy Easter Bunny Treats

Any Chance for me to run wild with a theme or season, and you know I'm gonna go full steam ahead! I've always loved baking, but with a very busy lifestyle, and a diet I am desperately trying (and failing miserably) to stick to, its not something I've ben rushing to do lately.
But its Easter, and I'll be dammed if my blood isn't 99% mini egg on Easter Sunday, so these biscuits are the prefect start in getting me into a perfect Easter coma!
These little bunny biscuits are quick and simple, meaning you can whip them up in no time... plus they're cute AF, and f that's not a good enough reason, I dunno what is!!


The ingredients are simple, all you need is:
3 Cups of Plain Flour and a little extra for rolling
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Caster Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp. Milk
1 Bag of Mini Eggs
A Gingerbread Man Cutter

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
Add the Egg, Vanilla, Baking Powder and Slat, and continue mixing till smooth.

On a slow setting, gradually add the flour until a dough is formed. You may need to go use your hands here, but that's part the fun!!
Flour your workshop, and roll your dough until its about 3mm thick. Using your gingerbread man cutter upside down , carefully cut the dough and transfer to your baking tray- and magically our bunnies begin to begin to appear!
Now to shape the bunnies... Place a mini egg on the bunnies tummy, wrap it's arms round the egg, and press them into place (Use a drop of water to moisten the arms if they aren't sticking) and use a toothpick to poke in 2 eyes and a nose.
Bake for8-10 mins, or until the edges are golden brown, and... VOILA!
Easy Easter Bunny Biscuits are ready to be devoured, and a sugar coma in ago-go!
